摘要
以南海西部油田一口高温高压井为例,研究了温度、压力对水泥浆流变参数及密度的影响,计算了环空摩阻、静液柱压力以及井底有效压力等参数,并与常规的固井计算进行比较。认为小间隙、高温高压井在注水泥过程中,环空摩阻大,注水泥时井底压力高,在不压裂地层的条件下,有可能导致顶替效率不高。为此,提出分段计算方法来解决该问题。
By taking a HTHP well in an oilfield to west of South China Sea for Example,the effects of temperature and pressure on cement rheological parameters and density are studied,the parameters of annulus friction drag,static fluid column pressure and bottom hole effective pressure are calculated,of which the result is correlated with that of conventional cementing calculation.It is considered that in small clearance and HTHP wells annulus friction drag is big and bottomhole pressure is high during cementing.Under the condition of formation without fracturing,it is possible that displacement efficiency is not high, thus a method for sectional calculation is proposed to solve the problem.
