摘要 本机床为一台专用数控激光加工机床,能够对电力、冶金、有色金属冶炼、模具、汽车制造、制糖等行业的贵重零部件如轧锟、轴、齿轮、模具等进行激光表面强化和激光熔覆修复等表面热处理。性能:1、机床结构合理,达到实用化要求。所采用的DL-HL-T5000型高功率横流CO2激光器技术先进,可加工的范围广;2、机床运行平稳、噪音小,自动化程度高,加工精度高,加工质量稳定均匀、机床操作维修方便,具有良好的动、静态特性;3、导光系统中的卸光、对光都很方便,反光镜片和聚反镜片的调整都很简单和方便,容易使光路和激光同轴;4、激光头可以绕Z轴和Y轴摆动±180°,实现数字控制。这样可加工到更多的面,减少了装夹次数,降低了工人的劳动量,提高了自动化程度;5、工作台可倾而且可以数控旋转,这给加工带来了方便,也减少了装夹次数,降低了工人的劳动量,提高了自动化程度,提高了加工效率。 The machine tool is a numerical control laser machine tool.It can use laser to carry through surface strength and repaire some components, It also can be used in electric power, metallurgy, mould, auto manufacture, and so on. Its capability includes: 1.the machine tool has a proper structure that can meet the practicality requirement. The laser machine tool DL-HL-T5000 with a high power crosscurrent CO2 uses a new technology in a big area. 2.the machine tool has many merits, such as calm moving, low noise, high automation level, high machining precision, good machining quality, operating convenience, good dynamic and static characteristics. 3.guiding system has a convenience removing and versus laser. It also makes the adjustment simple and convenience. 4.the laser top can sway ±180°encircling Z axis and Y axis, which can machine more planes, reduce number of clamping,improve the automation level.5.the work plane can lean and rotate with some conveniences, reduce number of clamping, and improve the level of automation.
