摘要
通过分析平面磨削加工表面形成的摩擦副之间的实际接触情况,根据Florida模型得出静摩擦系数与表面粗糙度关系的计算模型。设计了可进行静摩擦系数测定的实验装置。
Based on the Florida model and analysis of the real contacting between the friction pairs formed by grinding surface, the calculating model for the relation between static coefficient of friction and surface roughness of grinding surface were presented. An experimental device for measuring the static coefficient of friction was designed.
