大型非球曲面光学零件步长伸缩双圆弧插补技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种适用于非球曲面光学零件数控加工的“步长伸缩双圆弧插补”的插补算法,采用转角平分法在非圆曲线两相邻节点之间构造两相切圆弧进行拟合。该算法可根据加工精度要求自动调节插补步长,能在满足加工精度的要求下获得最少的拟合圆弧段,从而提高了加工效率,且计算相对简单。 A kind of variable-step-double-arc interpolation for aspheric optical parts is introduced.Two tangent arcs fitting the aspheric curve between two vicinity nodes are constructed.The algorithm can adjust step by the machining precision.The number of segments of fitting arc is reduced greatly using this algorithm under the satisfied precision demands.It improves the machining efficiency and the algorithm is easy.
