摘要
在信息时代,高职护理教师的基本角色既是教育者又是研究者。作为教育者,高职护理教师应该是引导型、因材施教型和创造型教师;作为研究者,高职护理教师应该是学习型和研究型教师。
In this information age,nursing teachers should act not only as education workers but also as researchers.As the education workers,they should have creative ability and be good at guiding students' direction,while as researchers,they should be equipped with professional knowledge and research ability.
