摘要
文中介绍目前应用于微波平面电路小型化设计领域的一种新技术 DGS结构。在微带线等传输线地平面上蚀刻的 DGS作为一种周期性结构 ,其构造非常简单、性能优越、而且易于设计和实现。通过 HFSS软件对各种 DGS结构进行分析和优化 ,得到的仿真结果表明 ,即使不存在周期结构时 ,单个 DGS单元在某些频率点上也具有谐振特性 ,并且可充分利用其带阻特性抑制谐波分量 ,以提高微波器件性能。因此 DGS结构可广泛应用在天线、谐振器、振荡器、滤波器、功分器、耦合器、放大器等微波电路中 ,以获得常规技术无法实现的小型化和高性能。文章还给出不同
This article presents a new technique to reduce the size of microwave planar circuits using defected ground structure(DGS).The DGS on the ground plane of transmission line is of simple structure and excellent performance and is easy to realize.With the help of Ansoft HFSS software tool,we find that the proposed periodic or non-periodic defected ground structure provides the excellent cutoff and stopband characteristics.Furthermore,DGS has prominent advantage in extending its applicability to microwave circuits such as antennas,planar resonators,oscillators,filters,couplers,divider/combiners,amplifiers,and so on.The simulation results and applied examples of different DGS are mentioned.
