摘要
跨国公司生产守则是跨国公司制定的具有一定自我约束力的内部行为规范。跨国公司主动实施生产守则,约束自己及其制造商品的行为,限制对劳工的过度剥削,这样做并没有改变它的获利目标,只是改变了利益最大化的位次,其实质是为了实现自身的长期利益。
Codes of conduct are, to some extent, a kind of self-disciplined promises, which is constituted by multinational corporations (MNCs) to guarantee that all their contractors and manufacturers should abide by some labor standards and environment standards. If they violate these codes, MNCs will cancel the orders to them. What MNCs have initiatively implemented codes of conduct to engage themselves to production and restrict the over-exploitation to the labor cannot change its purpose to make profits, but just change the rank of making upmost of the benefit; and its essence is to make long-term benefit.
