经尿道等离子双极电切及经尿道电汽化治疗前列腺增生症效果比较 被引量:6

COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF TRANSURETHRAL BIPOLAR PLASMAKINETIC PROSTATECTOMY AND TRANSURETHRAL ELECTROVAPORIZATION FOR THE TREATMENT OF BENIGN PROSTATIC HYPERPLASIA

摘要 目的 比较经尿道等离子双极电切前列腺术 (PKRP)和经尿道电汽化前列腺术 (TUEVP)对良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)的治疗效果。方法 对 4 2 6例BPH患者采用PKRP ,对 5 0 0例患者采用TUEVP治疗。结果 两组患者手术前后进行国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)、生活质量评分 (QOL)、最大尿流率 (Qmax)比较均得到显著改善 (P <0 .0 1)。TUEVP组术前、术中、术后血钠离子、血糖有显著变化 ,而PKRP组则无明显变化。结论 PKRP与TUEVP有相同的疗效 ,PKRP无经尿道前列腺电切综合征发生 ,手术更安全。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic prostatectomy(PKRP) and transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate (TUEVP) for the treatment of symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The surgery of PKRP was performed for 184 cases of BPH and TUEVP for 140 cases. All patients were followed-up in 1~3 months postoperatively. Results IPSS, QOL, Q max were significantly improved after both of the procedures. The concentration of Na + and glucose in serum were changed significantly in the TUEVP group preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively but little change was found in the PKRP group. Conclusions PKRP is as effective as TUEVP for the treatment of symptomatic BPH, but without transurethral resection syndrome and with less other complications. PKRP is recommended for the treatment of symptomatic BPH.
