摘要
目的 探讨肠内营养的简易可行办法。方法 对 2 3例高位肠漏患者作空肠置管、自然食物管饲喂的治疗效果作回顾性总结。结果 2 3例患者中自愈 1 4例 ,死亡 3例 ,再次手术治愈 6例。结论 本方法简单易行 ,治疗效果确切 。
Objective\ To investigate the simple and practical methods of enteral nutrition.Methods\ 23 patients of upper intestinal leakage who underwent jejunostomy and enteral nutrition were summarized retrospectively. Results\ Among 23 patients, 14 were cured, 3 died, and 6 were cured through reoperation. Conclusion\ This method of treatment is simple, feasible and effective. It is particularly suitable for primary level hospital.
