全直肠系膜切除术在治疗中低位直肠癌中的地位

摘要
直肠癌是我国最常见的消化道末段的恶性肿瘤,发病率呈逐年上升趋势,而且70％以上的病人癌肿发生在直肠的中下段。手术切除仍然是现代最主要的治疗方法,然而在根治性切除术的同时,常需在腹壁作永久性人造肛门,且有较高的局部复发率和性功能及排尿功能障碍,给病人精神带来了巨大负担和痛苦,使生活质量显著下降,已成为困惑直肠外科发展的最主要的难点和热点问题。因此。
