摘要
针对典型的舵机壳体类零件 ,在UGII平台上构造了一种交互式、智能化的计算机辅助工艺设计系统模型。采用面向对象的知识表示方法建立了相应的工艺知识库系统 ,将属性、规则封装于对象类中。此外还介绍了交互决策的流程以及工艺文件管理系统。
This paper focuses on typical actuator housing for airborne equipment. Aninteractive and intelligent computer aided process planning system model is constructed on UGII platform.Process knowledge database is established based on object-oriented knowledgerepresentation and corresponding system is developed. The Attributes and rules are encapsulated in object classes. The flow of interactive decision-making and process file manage system is presented as well.
