摘要
加强大学生思想政治工作是高校深化改革和实施素质教育的需要。高校应给予高度重视，加强领导，建章立制，各方配合，充分调动师生员工的积极性，把学生思想政治工作当作是一项长期的系统的工程，努力改进工作方法，为新世纪培养高素质的“四有”人才。
To strengthening students' ideological and political work is necessary for a college to deepen its reform and to implement its quality - based education. The leaders should pay much attention to it as well as strengthen the leadership, establish the policies and cooperate in every field to bring every positive factors of students, teacher and the whole stall into play. We should look the students' ideological and political work as a long - term systematic project and try our best to improve our working ways in order to train more high qualified person with' ideal, morality, knowledge and discipline' for the new century.
