摘要
高师音乐教育是培养中高级音乐师资的场所，其教学效果的优劣，直接影响整个音乐教育的发展和国民音乐素质的提高。而搞好高师音乐教育关键在于如何转变教师的教育观念，从课程建设、教学内容和方法及提高学生综合素质诸方面，体现加强高师音乐教育的师范性。
The musical instruction in the teachers university aims at training the middle and high level of music teachers. Likewise, its instructional quality and efficiency are considerably decisive on the entire cause of the mu- sical education of the whole nation. In fact, the key to the musical education in teachers university lies in how to transform the teachers'traditional ideas.Thus, such aspects as the course setup, instructional contents,teaching methodology in addition to the students' general qualification should all be taken into consideration so as to reflect the special features of musical instruction in the teachers university.
