摘要
本文考察狭叶红景天初提液的澄清处理的各种方法。得到了有机絮凝法与高速离心技术相结合作为初提液的澄清处理方法。澄清液经分步萃取后 ,得到正丁醇浸膏先经氧化铝 (中性 )和硅胶柱层析 ,将正丁醇浸膏中红景天甙的色谱峰面积百分比从 1 .8%提高到 31 %。
In the paper, the methods that clarify the liquid extract from Rhodiola Kirilowii were investigated. The methods of organic flocculation and highspeed centrifugate were applied to clarify the extract. The extract was extracted, the n\|buty accohol extract was obtained. The n\|buty accohol extract was passed through Al 2O 3 and silicagel column successively, the salidroside concentration was increased from 1.8% to 31%.
