摘要
目的：探讨白细胞介素１β（ＩＬ１β） 对人牙龈成纤维细胞（ＨＧＦ） 培养液中可溶性细胞间粘附分子１（ｓＩＣＡＭ１） 表达的影响。方法：运用细胞培养技术，观察不同浓度的ＩＬ１β诱发ｓＩＣＡＭ１ 表达的情况，并采用ＥＬＩＳＡ 法检测培养上清液中ｓＩＣＡＭ１ 的含量。结果：正常ＨＧＦ培养液中有微量ｓＩＣＡＭ１ 的表达，随着ＩＬ１β浓度的增加，ｓＩＣＡＭ１ 的表达量亦显著增加。结论：ＨＧＦ培养液中，ｓＩＣＡＭ１ 的表达与ＩＬ１β浓度呈等级相关，其含量的改变可能在牙周炎症的病理过程中起着重要作用。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of interleukin 1β(IL 1β) on the expression of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1(sICAM 1) in cultured human gingival fibroblasts(HGF). Methods: Cultured HGF were stimulated on 24 well culture plates with different concentration of IL 1β,expression of sICAM 1 in supernatant were analyzed with ELISA methods.Result: sICAM 1 expression was slight in normal HGF, but markedly enhanced by exposure to IL 1β in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: The findings suggest that the expression of sICAM 1 in HGF be up regulated by IL 1β, and may be involved in the pathogenesis of periodontitis.
