对库伦旗坡耕地改造及效益分析进行了详细的论述，坡耕地水土流失严重，根据不同坡度改造为不同类型梯田可减弱径流冲刷，减少土壤流失，从而达到粮食高产、改善生态环境的目的。
The benefits of transforming hillside fields in Kulun county were discussed in details.Soil and water loss on hillside fields was severe,according to various hillside fields with slopes transformed into types of terrace,which could reduce runoff,decrease soil loss,obtain high grain yield and improve eco environment.
