摘要
用硝酸根电极法间接测定亚硝酸盐氮并与硝酸盐测定的经典方法——二磺酸酚分光光度法比较, 结果表明: ①该方法对亚硝酸盐氮标准系列样品测定的相关系数都在0.9998以上; ②该法对稀释的NO3- - N标液中加入NO2- - N标准系列的回收率为98.0% ~103.2% , 平均为101.0% , 优于二磺酸酚法; ③该法对野外地下水样加NO2- - N标准系列的回收率为94.0% ~110.0% , 总体平均回收率为102.6% 。硝酸根电极法是野外测定地下水亚硝酸盐氮的较好方法。对该方法中尚存在的读数稳定性、氧化剂的选择、亚铁离子干扰的排除等问题进行了讨论。
The indirect method of NO 2 N determination by nitrate cathode was studied, and was compared with the classic method of NO 3 N determination phenol Disul Fonic acid method. The results showed: a. the relation coefficients between the test values by the method and the standard NO 3 N series were above 0.9998; b. The rates of recovery of NO 2 N in the standard NO 2 N series by the method were from 98 0% 103 2%, average 101 0%, better than phenol Disul Fonic acid method; c. The rates of recovery of NO 2 N in the standard water series in field by the method were from 94.0%~110.0%, average 102.6%. The experiment showed that nitrate cathode was a good method for NO 2 N determination in field. The paper also discussed the existing problems, such as read steady, oxidant selection, overcome of Fe 2+ obstruction.
