摘要
旅游教育与旅游业相伴而生，旅游专业的特性以及对人才的特殊要求决定了旅游教学必须扭转传统的重理论课，轻模拟课及实习课的落后观念，走三者优势互补的全方位合作道路：即理论课、模拟课、实习课的有机结合。研究三者的关系成为当前旅游教学改革的重要政策选择之一。
Tourism education has been developing in correspondence to industry. Because of the specific properties and the manpower demand of the industry, tourism education must adopt an integrated model, challenging the traditional idea of attaching primary importance to theory and facilitating a comprehensive integration of theoretical courses, simulated courses and practical courses. The study of such relationships will highlight the importance and pinpoint an orientation of tourism innovative education into the coming century.
