摘要
运用综合评判方法和直观曲线的方式,可以客观地分析学生的心理负荷趋向,完善学生对体育课心理负荷评价体系,促进体育教学的合理性和科学化。
By means of synthetic evaluation and objectine curve, the author will analyse objectively the student's psycholgical load trend in order to improve the load evaluation system in physical education, and promote physical teaching rationally and scientifically.
