摘要
本文利用Huybrechts的线性组合算符法和一简单的么正变换研究了极性晶体内强耦合磁极化子的特性。导出了磁极化子的基态能量和回旋共振频率。并对晶体作了数值计算,从而对强耦合晶体进行了定量的探讨。结果表明:磁极化子的基态能量随磁场B的增加而减少。
In this paper,some properties of a strong coupling magnetopolaron in polar crysrals are studied by means of the linear combination operators proposed by Huybrechts and the simple unitary transformation merhod·The ground state energy and the cyclotron-resonance freguency of the magnetopolaron are derived·The numerical results for crystals are given.It is shown that the ground state energy of the magnetopolaron decrease with the increase of magnetic field and the cyclotron-resonance freguency with the increase of magntic field
