摘要
对综合蓄热法的概念及相应施工要求、养护热工计算进行了阐述,并以哈尔滨地铁一号线哈尔滨东站为工程依托,针对城市地铁明挖车站冬期施工特点,在设计及施工中采用综合蓄热法养护技术,以测温数据指导施工,确保混凝土养护期间不受冻害影响,实现了车站主体结构冬期施工安全、质量达标的目标。并得出如下结论:1)采用综合蓄热的养护方法,经测温显示当大气温度最低为-10℃时,混凝土温度为16℃,棚架内温度为7℃,当大气温度为-3℃时,混凝土温度为25℃,棚架内温度为14℃;2)浇注完成,现场留设同条件养护试件3组,经试压,在此条件下养护3 d时的混凝土强度可达到抗冻临界强度要求(设计强度的30%);3)采用上述养护方法可满足大气温度在0℃~-15℃之间的混凝土养护。可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The concept of comprehensive thermos method,the corresponding construction requirements and the conservation thermal calculation are elaborated.Rely on East Station of the Harbin Subway line one,for the features of open cut construction in subway during winter,for conservation is applied during design and construction,the construction is guided by temperature data,to ensure the frost damage is avoided during the concrete curing.The goal which main structure of the station in winter construction safety and quality standards is achieved.And the following conclusions is reached: 1) The comprehensive thermos method is used,the temperature displays,when the air temperature as low as-10 ℃,the concrete temperature is 16 ℃,the scaffolding temperature is 7 ℃,when the air temperature as low as-3 ℃,the concrete temperature is 25 ℃,the scaffolding temperature is 14 ℃;2) When casting complete,leaving 3 groups specimen with the same conditions,after pressure test,under these conditions,conservation of the third day of the antifreeze critical strength of the concrete strength requirements can be achieved(30% of design strength);3) The conservation methods could meet the concrete curing when the air temperature between 0 ℃^-15 ℃.It also can provide a reference for similar projects.
