摘要
介绍空压站离心式压缩机硬齿面双圆弧齿轮的技改方案以及齿轮副的制造、安装、现场测试。采用新研制的齿轮副，其噪声、振动及运转平稳性较之技改前有显著改善，在生产中应用良好，在行业中具有推广价值。
An improvement ofn biarc gear with hard flank tooth in cenfrifugal air compressor as well as manufacture installation, measure and test of a new gear pair are introduced. The new pair is able to reduce noice decrease vibration, and gurantee smooth running of the set, so it is worth spread.
