摘要
探讨锰(Ⅱ)与依来铬青R(SCR)、邻菲罗啉(Phen)、溴化十六烷基吡啶(CPB)四元显色体系的最佳条件。在pH8.5~10的氨性条件下,该蓝紫色络合物在590nm处有最大吸收:络合物组成为Mn(Ⅱ):SCR:Phen:CPB=1:1:1:2;Mn(Ⅱ)浓度在5~40ug/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。方法用于钢样中微量锰的测定,结果准确。
