坐落在渤海之滨的盘锦市太平河石油化工厂,1996年取得了辉煌业绩:创造销售产值8000多万元,上缴利税600多万元,职工人均年收入达到8000元。但他们的成功却包涵着几多汗水、几多艰辛。盘锦市太平河石油化工厂的发展史可以说是一部艰辛的创业史。1988年建厂初期,由于管理不善、设备简陋、技术力量薄弱、产品质量差,出现连年亏损,企业濒临倒闭。为扭转被动局面,1990年上级领导重新组建了工厂领导班子。夏伟在工厂最困难的情况下,带着组织的重托和全厂职工的希望,挑起了厂长这个担子。上任伊始,他提出了"抓班子、带队伍、打基础、上台阶"的工作目标,对企业进行大刀阔斧的改革。该厂从转换经营机制入手,积极调整人员结构,打破干部工人的界限,实行公开竞争,实行工资奖金分配向一线倾斜。而且领导班子成员带领全厂职工吃住在现场,一道克服困难,大大调动了全厂职工的生产积极性。厂领导一班人认识到,在激烈的市场竞争中,如果石化企业没有规模,产品质量没有保证,就会在经济发展的大潮中被淘汰。于是,他们1992年在资金短缺的情况下,经多方联系筹集到资金1600万元。
Panjin City Taiping River Petroleum and Chemical Industry Plant is lo- cated by the bank of Bohai River and gained brilliant achievement.In 1996 its sales amounted to 80 million yuan,profit and tax came up to more than 6 million yuan and the annual income per capita was 80 millon yuan.At present,it has normal decompression distillation device,lubrication oil unit (3000t/y)and matched power supply,fan supply,heat supply,exhaus- tion,sewage treatment devices.Its fixed assets is more than 30 million yuan and main products include oil diesel lubricants,oil road asphalt and so on.These products are rated as Quality Reliable Products by Provincial and Manicipal Technical Control Departments.
