摘要
本文研究了施肥对甘蔗产量和土壤酶活性的效应及甘蔗根际土壤范围内土壤酶活性的水平分布状况。结果表明,适量施肥能增强甘蔗根际土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、蛋白酶的活性及增加甘蔗产量。土壤酶活性与土壤有效养分含量及甘蔗产量之间密切相关。甘蔗根际土壤中酶活性的水平分布规律是:蔗糖酶的活性在茎基部附近土壤最活跃,距茎基较远的土壤逐渐减弱。而脲酶、蛋白酶的活性在茎基部土壤最弱,在根际范围内,距茎基较远的土壤逐渐增强,在距茎基50cm处,新根根尖最密集,脲酶、蛋白酶的活性最高。
In this article,the authors studied the effect of the application of fertilizer on sugarcane output and soil enzymatic activity and also the horizontal distribution condition of soil enzymaticactivity in the soil around the sugarcane roots.The results showed that the proper application of fertilizer could strengthen the activity of proteinase, sucrase and urase in the soil among the sugrcane roots and thus increase the sugarcane output. The activity of soil enzyme was closely interrelated to the soil effective nutrient content andsugarcane output. The law of the horizontal distribution of enzymatic activity was as follows: theactivity of sucrase was most active in the soil near the stem base part and less active gradually apart from the stem base part.As for urase and Proteioase,their activity was the weakest in the soil ofthe stem base part while strengthening gradually apart from the stem base part within the root re gion. In the position of 50 cm away from the stem base where the new root tips were most concentrated, the activity of urase and proteinase were most active,
