摘要
报告骨折骨不连60例,采用自体髂骨,髓腔内外植骨,坚强内固定治疗。随访6个月～2年,疗效满意。重点讨论了坚强内固定和植骨在骨折愈合过程中的作用。
We used the method of rigid internal fixation with autogenous ilium in-tramedullary and extramedullary graft for 60 patients with nonunion of fracture in extrimeties The follow up period is 6 months to 2 years. The result is satisfactory. The results suggested that the rigid internal fixation and graft play an important role in fracture healing.
