摘要
采用MET-HC2022型血细胞仪对90例肝病患者血小板四项参数进行检测,发现肝病患者血小板（PLT）、血小板平均体积（MPV）及血小板压积（PCT）均显著降低（P<0.01）。提示血小板参数测定对肝病患者血小板数量和形态变化,病情判断有一定的参考价值。
The four platelet parameters of 90 patients with liver disease were measured with HC2022 hematology analyzer, The results showed that the levers of platelet(PLT),men platelet volume (MPV) and plateletcrit (PCT) of patients with liver disease were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.01). It suggested that measurement of platelet parameters may be valuable for determining condition of patients with liver disease.
