内皮素受体研究新进展

摘要 1985年,Hickey首先从培养内皮细胞中发现一种内皮依赖性缩血管因子,继之1988年,Yanagisawa及共同事首先报道了内皮素(endothelin,ET)的结构及其某些特性,引起了人们的极大兴趣。这种含有21个氨基酸的肽是已知作用最强的缩血管因子,并发现它是至少四种哺乳类肽家庭中的一员,这类肽的共同特点是具有两个二硫键和C末端有6个保守的氨基酸,分别称为内皮素1、2、3和第四个肽即缩血管肠肽(Vasointestinal contractor,
