摘要
棉铃虫在沿江棉区为偶发性害虫，常年可充分利用生态控制，农药防治无需常备不懈。４０ａ出现５次大范围暴发，均因气候异常干旱所致．在局部地区重发，多属施药不当，使天敌控制作用受到破坏．沿江棉区一旦出现“霉天不霉”的反常气候，选择对天敌安全的农药，是对付暴发的重要手段。
Bollworm was a chance insect in the cotton-planted aera along the Yangzi River, it usually could becontrolled with ecological method, chemical control didn't need in every year. The very dry weather was theimportant reason of the five times breaking outs in large area during past 40 years. The seriously breaking out insome area was always due to the destruction of natural enemy because improper application of pesticides. When norain abnorml weather appeared in early summer in cotton- planted aera along Yangzi River, choosing the pesticidewhich was safe to natural enemy was of the important control methods.
