摘要
The toxicity of heroin (the drug) which affects the health of mice was studied by using the regression analysis method based on the results of experiment.We found that after the heroin was injected into the mice,the blood leucocyte number and body weight were decreased significantly,the bleeding time was prolonged,the activity of glutamic pyruvic tronsaminase(GPT) in mice hepatic tissue and the weight of heart raised with increasing of herion dose.
