摘要
以猕猴桃果实为试材,进行CaCl2采后浸果处理,以研究钙处理对猕猴桃软化进程、内源ABA和乙烯合成的影响.结果表明,浸钙处理可显著抑制内源ABA和乙烯的生物合成,并推迟了乙烯跃变峰的出现,明显地减缓了果实的软化速率.
Kiwifruit cv.'Zaoxian' (Actinidia chinensis)and cv.'Hayward'(Actinidiadeliciosa)were used to investigate effect of postharvest dipping of fruit in CaCl2 onsoftening, endogenous ABA content and ethylene production.Postharvest dippingin 3% CaCl2 significantly inhibited the increase in endogenous ABA level and ethylene production, delayed the appearance of ethylene climacteric peak and obviouslyreduced the rate of fruit softening during fruit storage at 20±1℃
