摘要
差异共有制从资本与劳动的对立中生成，在资本与劳动的结合中发展，在资本与劳动的融合中全面实现──全社会的宏观的差异共有制；差异共有制因其共有性而超越了私有制的独占性，因其共有的差异性而超越了公有制的无差异性，因此它兼有私有制和公有制的优点而克服了两者的弱点，它是比单纯私有制和单纯公有制更高的所有制形式，反映了真实的或客观的生产关系。
Abstract The diverse communal ownership came into being and has developed as the result of the confrontation and combination of the capital and labour. It isthe realization of the communal ownership of the whole society in the union of capital and labour. The diverse communal ownership is superior to the private ownership in that the former has the advantage of community in comparison with the monopoly of the latter and superior to the public ownershipin that its communal divergency makes up the absence of divergency in thepublic ownership. Therefore, it has adopted the advantages of the public andprivate ownerships but has eradicated the defects of the two. It is a moreadvanced form of ownership than the pure private ownership and the pure public ownership and reflects the true or objective relationship of production.
