摘要
在教育过程中，我们会遇到各种辩证关系．只有正确认识和处理这些辩证关系，才能搞好教育工作：（一）教师和学生的辩证关系；（二）智育和德育的辩证关系；（三）知识和能力的辩证关系．（四）理论和实践的辩证关系；（五）教学和科研的辩证关系．
There are various dialectical relations in education,which we should understand correctly and deal with suitably before we can do educational work well. Five of them are discussed between:1. teachers and students;2.intellectual educationand moral education; 3. knowledge and ability; 4. theory and practice;5. teaching and research.
