摘要
本文报道用奥美拉唑每日口服２０ｍｇ，治疗活动性溃疡３８例，其中十二指肠溃疡（Ｄｕ）２８例，胃溃疡（Ｇｕ）１０例，Ｄｕ４周愈合率为１００％，Ｇｕ６周愈合率为９０％，疼痛缓解迅速，３天内疼痛缓解率为９０％，最短为１天。
his paper reported that 38 cases with active peptic ulcer were treated with omeprazole20mg q.d po for 4-6 weeks,pain of which was duodenal ulcer 38 cases and gastric ulecr 10cases relieved within 3 day in 90%. The healing rate of duodenal ulcer(Du)at the end of 6weeks 4 was 100%. The healing rate of gastric ulcer(Gu)at the end of weeks was 90%.
