摘要
本文在考虑了谐波齿轮传动在外载扭矩作用下柔轮及柔性轴承产生畸变的前提下,求解了作用在柔性轴承外环及滚珠上的载荷,并根据求出的载荷,用有关公式及定理对柔性轴承外环各种应力进行了分析,得出了与实际情况更加符合的结论。
In this paper,the load acted on the outer ring of flexible bearing and on the ball has beensolved on the premise that it is considered that the flexible wheel and bearing effect distor-tion under the action of outer loading torsion on harmonic gear drive. According to thesolved load and with formulas concerned and theorems,the analysis has been made of allkinds of stress on the outer ring of flexible bearing and the conclusion more suitable for re-ality has been obtainde.
