摘要
以体外半固体琼脂培养方法观察了家兔循环血CFU-GM的一般特性及丹参注射液对家兔CFU-GM的动员作用。研究结果显示,家兔循环血CFU-GM正常值为9.10±7.45(范围0~27.33)CFU-GM/1×10~6MNC,其数量无明显性别差异,亦无明显日间周期性变化;丹参注射液可升高循环血CFU-GM数量;当给药剂量1g/kg,连续给药8d后,循环血CFU-GM数量达高峰,为对照组的6.18倍。作者分析,丹参注射液对家兔CFU-GM动员作用的机理可能包括改善骨髓造血微循环、促进造血细胞增殖分化并向外周血迁移等,确切机理尚待进一步研究。丹参具有毒性小、安全范围大、来源方便等优点,以其作为造血祖细胞动员剂,有进一步研究的价值。
Mobilization of CFU-GM into the peripheral blood of rabbit by Injectio radix salvia miltiorrhiza was studied through semisolid agar culture. The number of CFU-GM in rabbit blood was 9.10±7.45 (range 0-27.33) / 1×106, it has no significant sex and time variation, radix salvia miltiorrhiza was administered in 8 consecutive days at a dose of Ig / kg (iv) per day, and a 6.18-fold increase of the peripheral blood CFU-GM was observed. The mechanisms responsible for inducing increase in the peripheral blood CFU-GM number by radix salvia miltiorrhiza need further investigate, and the possibilities might include improving bone marrow microcirculation, promoting proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells, and releasing marrow progenitor cells.
