摘要
本文对肾脏病人红细胞膜(RBCm)及血浆胆固醇(CHO)、载脂蛋白(A_(PO))A_1,B进行了测定与分析,并同36名健康人作对照比较,结果显示:慢性肾功衰竭(CRF),肾移植状态、慢性肾炎等患者RBO_m的A_(PO)A_1明显高于健康人,CHO明显高于健康人;血浆中ApoA_1,B均低于健康人,CHO高于健康人。直线相关分析显示RBC_m脂质成分改变与血浆蛋白水平有明显相关性。结果表明肾脏病人脂质代谢紊乱与RBC_m脂质成分改变密切相关。
It was tested and the concentrations of cholesterol (CHO) ,ApoA1 and ApoB in the red blood cell membrances(RBCm) and plasma of 40 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF , 19 cases),chronic , glomerulonehhritisO cases) and kidney transplantation (12 cases) and the results were compared with those of 36 normal subjects . It was found that the levels of ApoAl and CHO in RBCm of these patients were significantly higher than those of the normal subjects and ApoB in RBCm of the patients was remarkably lower than the normal subjects'. Contrary to RBCm .the levels of the plasmic ApoAl and Apob of patients were lower than those of normal subjects and CHO of the patients were higher than that of normal subjects. Based on the statisical analysis,the composition of lipids in RBCm was very correlative to the concentrations of the plasmic lipoproteins. It was indicated that the metabolic abnormity of the blood lipids of the renal disease patients was correlative to the change of the composition of RBCm lipids.
