摘要
开发了利用圆柱铣刀数控加工曲面的后置算法和自动编程软件,分析了利用圆柱铣刀加工曲面时走刀路线与加工误差的关系以及加工干涉判断方法.
The authors developes NC programming post-processing algorithm and automatic programming software in which they used flat-end millmachining surface. The relation between cutter's path and machining error is analyzed .and the method of cutter's interference-avoidance is discussed in this paper.
