冬虫夏草对环孢素A慢性肾毒性大鼠整体肾功能及尿酶改变的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了探讨冬虫夏草对环抱素 A(CsA)慢性肾毒性的保护作用及作用机制,对实验3个月大鼠的整体肾功能及尿酶活性进行了动态观察,证明冬虫夏草可改善肾毒性大鼠的少尿及尿钠、钾排出减少,增加菊糖清除率,降低平均动脉压,在实验不同阶段冬虫夏草较 CsA 组鼠尿 N-乙酰-β-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)酶活性减低。显示冬虫夏草对 CsA 慢性肾毒性具有明显保护作用。 In order to further explore the protective effect of Cordyceps sinensis (CS) on nephrotoxicity (Nx) of Cy- closporine A (CsA) and its possible mechanisms,CsA was administered orally for three months to SD rats.The results showed:CS could improve the renal function at the 3rd month,with increased urine volume,Na^+,K^+ ex- cretion in urine and inulin clearance rate and decrease the average arterial pressure.CS could ameliorate the prox- imal tubular lesions and reduce the enzyme excretion including NAG.LDH and r-GT.It is concluded that CS could protect the kidney from CsA Nx,particularly protect the proximal tubular function and renal hemodynam- ics.
