摘要
在环磷酰胺(CTX)和^(60)Co—r 射线所致小鼠白细胞降低(简称低白)模型上,用黄芪口服液(AS)1.75g/kg,去除苷的黄芪口服液(NAS)1.75g/kg,黄芪甲苷(ASI)6mg/kg,绵毛黄芪苷Ⅺ(SK)3mg/kg,灌胃给药7天、20天。经与对照组相比,证明4种不同制剂黄芪均有不同程度的对抗白细胞下降,其中 ASI、SK 组 P<0.01,AS、NAS 组 P<0.05。在氢化考的松(HC)所致小鼠淋巴细胞降低的模型上,ASI 6mg/kg,SK 3mg/kg,灌胃7天,经与给 HC 合用羧甲基纤维素(CMC)组相比,证明两种黄芪苷能显著对抗 HC 所致淋巴细胞降低和脾重下降。上述实验证明黄芪苷是黄芪中调节机体免疫功能的成分。
The effects of two Astragalus saponins(ASI.SK),two Astragalus Preparations(AS,NAS)were de- scribed which contained total Astragalus saponins for AS and non-saponins for NAS,on the leukocytopenia in- duced by cyclophospharnide(CY)and ^(60)Co radiation.Results indicated that ASI(6 mg/kg),SK(3 mg/kg).AS (1.75 g/kg),NAS(1.75 g/kg)continuously given orally for 7,20 days.significantly increased the leukocyte counts in these pathological models.7 days was need for ASI 6 mg/kg,SK 3 mg/kg to significantly relieve the leukocytopenia caused by hydrocortisone(HC).These results showed that the two saponins were the main ef- fective immuno-regulating components which Astragalus membranaceus contained.
