摘要
本文对纳米级摩擦磨损实验研究进行了回顾,综述了纳米级摩擦副材料种类和简单的制备方法以及极轻载荷下测试摩擦磨损的手段,介绍了扫描隧道显微镜(STM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)在纳米级摩擦磨损研究中的重要应用。最后提出了纳米摩擦磨损是实验研究中值得深入的几个问题。
Abstract The development of experimental studies on nano一scale friction andwear was reviewed briefly.The different kinds of materials for sliding couple and theirpreparing method were intruduced,and the method for measuring friction force and evaluat-ing wear on nano-scale were also discussed.The applications of scanning tunnel microscope(STM),atomic force microscope(AFM)and such other technics for nano-scale tribologystudy were intruduced.Some problems of experimental study on nanoscale friction and wearwhich should be studied in the future are proposed.
