摘要
葡萄花丝在含6—BA2mg·1^(-1)+2,4—Dlmg·1^(-1)的B_5培养基上,培养20d发生绿色、结构紧密、坚硬凸起不规则胚性愈伤组织,诱导率达30%;将此愈伤组织转入含6—BA0.5mg·1^(-1)的B_5培养基上,30d后分化出胚状体;将胚状体转入含6—BA0.3mg·1^(-1)+NAA0.01mg·1^(-1)的B_5培养基上,30d后萌发成苗。
The green, tight embryogenic calli from the filaments of grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. cv Muscat Hamburg etc)formed on B5 medium with 1 mg ·1-12,4-D,2 mg·1-16BA,after the filaments were cultured 20 days. The embryogenic calli induced rate is 30% . When the embryogenic calli were transferred on B5 medium with 0. 5mg·1-16BA,the embryoids were produced after 30 days. Then plantlet regeneration from the embryoids formed about 30 days later on B5 medium with 0. 3 mg·1-16BA,0. 01 mg·1-1NAA.
