摘要
蜡梅花内总氨基酸和可溶性蛋白质的含量随中蕾的发育逐渐增加,花盛开时蛋白质含量开始降低,而氨基酸含量却继续增加;花开始萎蔫时,氨基酸含量开始逐渐降低,但仍保持较高水平.IAA氧化酶和过氧化物酶的活性随中蕾的发育而降低,花盛开时达最低;当花萎蔫时,酶活增高.过氧化物酶同工酶谱带数及活性的变化与不同发育时期花内过氧化物酶活性变化的规律相同.SOD活性随中蕾的发育逐渐增高,花开放时达最高,然后迅速降低,萎蔫时达最低.在开花和衰老过程中,SOD同工酶谱带数没有变化,仅酶带活性发生变化.花衰老时其相对透性值迅速升高,为中蕾的4.73倍.
With the development of the middle bud,the content of total amino acid and soluble protein increased gradully.In fully opened flower the content of protein declined. While the total amino acids increased continually.During flower's initial wilting,the content of amino acids appeared a gradual reduction,but still maintained its higher level.During flower buds development,the activity of indole acetic acid(IAA)oxidase and peroxidase de- creased rapidly and to the lowest in fully opened flower.Once flower wilting began,the ac- tivity of IAA oxidase and peroxidase would increase.The peroxidase isozymogram band number and activity changes was the same with that in peroxidase activity in different devel- oping flowers.Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity increasd progressively with middle bud's development and attained the highest in flowering.Then SOD activity decreased rapid- ly and to the lowest at the final wilting stage.Besides,SOD isozymogram band mumber had no change in flowering and senescing process.When flower wilting began,the relative per- meability of flower increased rapidly 4.73 times than middle bud stage.
