摘要
对来自CIMMYT基因圃Pool_(33)QPM种质的温带驯化种群T_(33)QPMC_0~C_5各轮,在陕西夏播条件下各性状表现的综合评价提出:T_(33)QPMC_0~C_5各轮群体逐轮光周期敏感性明显降低,自身生产力显著提高,高轮综合性状基本接近温带同类杂交种,建议将高轮T_(33)QPM群体改换方法延续改良,或以其作为修饰基因供体与同类软质胚乳杂交,选育硬质、半硬质胚乳O_2玉米温带群体、自交系或直接选系利用,以期组配出高产、半硬质胚乳优质蛋白玉米优异组合。
A comprehensive appraisal of all the traits of the T33QPM C0-C5 maize population of summer sewing in Shaanxi Province suggested that the higher the selecting transmigration was, the lower the photo-temperature sensitive and the higher the population yield was . The comprehensive traits were closely similar to the temperate zone crossed varieties. It is recommended that the high rotating T33QPM population need further improvement or cross be carried out between the soft endosperm materials to select hard endosperm opaque-2 maize populations for the purpose of cultivating an optimum combination of maize with high yields and quality proteins.
