摘要
在７ｔ／ｈ冲天炉上设计、制造、安装了喷吹焦（煤）粉装置，并进行了冲天炉喷煤粉试验。结果证明，从熔化带喷入焦粉６～８ｋｇ／ｔ＿铁，可节约焦炭用量２０％以上，同时提高熔化率２０％左右。喷粉装置运行可靠，无粉尘污染，已投入生产使用。对喷粉节焦的机理作了探讨。
A coke/coal pulverization and injection unit was designed and installed on a 7 t/h cupola.Melting tests have shown that injecting 6～8kg coke powder/t iron can save 20%coke consumption and enhance 20%melting rate.This unit bas been put in preduction use,its operation is reliable and dust-free.This paper also discusses the principle of fuel saving through coke powder in-jection.
