根结线虫的种类及其寄主植物续述 被引量:3

摘要 本文继续报告寄生于福建省重要经济作物上的7种根结线虫,发现寄主植物多达56种,其中43种为寄主新记录(作☆号)、国内虫种新记录有1种(作古号)。文中还描述2个未定种,对从20种植物上获得的根结线虫进行了鉴别寄主试验。 The present paper reports continuously seven species of root-knot nemalodcs from some inportant economic crops in Fujian. Among them, Meloidogyne poghossianae was found to be new record in China, and other two Meloidogyne species would need fur-ther studies in the future. Abourt 56 species of host-plants belonging to 24 families and 36 genera were investigated.Among these host-plants, 43 species (marked with an asterisk * ) were new records in references. Besides, two or more species of root-knot nematodes were often found from one plant. By means of differential host tests, the root-knot nematodes obtained from 20 species of host-plants were designated as M.incognita and M.javanica. The seven species of root-knot nematodes and their host plants are listed as follows:1. Ktze6.Meloidogyne sp. 1Host: Verbena officinalis L.; Beta vulgaris var. cicla L.Diagnosis: Meloidogynesp. 1 has a round posterior cuticular pattern with a large anus below the tail end and an indistinct vulva. The distances between anus and vulva arc 41.2μm (from Verbana officinalisL. ) and 34.0 μm (from Beta vulgarisvar. ciclaL.) . There arc no striae crossing Zone 1 above the vulva except below anus. The distance between two distinet phamids is 20.6μm. The distances between anus and the line that links up phamids (imaginary line) are 10.3μm and 6.2μm respectively. There arc two short incisions of the lateral lines under the phamids in the specimen from Verbana officinalis L., which is not found in the specimen from Beta vulgaris var. cicla L. Its posterior cuticular pattern is similar to that of M. propora, but M. propora has many striae spread all over Zone 1 and its lateral lines crossing the whole posterior pattern.7.Meloidogyne sp. 2Host: Solanum lyratum Thunb.; Pisum sativum Linn.; Beta vulgaris var. cicla L. Diagnosis:Meloidogynesp. 2 has a distinctive posterior cuticular pattern with several thick striae crossing Zone 1 between vulva and arch, ie.; the tail end is surrounded by several circles of striae as 'annual ring' and without incisions on the lateral lines. The anus is round and the arch is comparatively high. There is not posterior protuberance on female body. Its posterior cuticular tern is similar to that of M. kohgi, but the female of M. kongi has a distinctive posterior
