不同浇水处理过程中柿幼树SOD、CAT和脂质过氧化作用的变化 被引量:25

Changes in Superoxide Dismutase, Cataiase Activitiesand lipid Peroxidation in young Persummion Trees Treated with Different Irrigation

摘要 不同浇水处理条件下,对盆栽三年生君迁子、火柿和磨盘柿超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),过氧化氢酶(CAT)和脂质过氧化作用产物丙二醛(MDA)进行测定。结果表明:随着土壤含水量的降低,三幼树组织中的SOD活性,CAT活性开始呈上升而后下降的趋势;组织MDA含量则相反。幼树树种间、器官间和叶片不同发育时期间的两酶活性和MDA含量差异显著,分析认为,在土壤干旱时,树种中的SOD和CAT活性下降,MDA含量上升,是组织抗旱机能降低,脂质过氧化作用对细胞伤害加重的结果。 Measurements were made on the superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) ac-tivities and the malondiadehyde(MDA)- - -a product of lipid peroxidation in youngpotted date plum (Diospyros lotus L.) and Kaki (Diospyros kaki L.) during the treatmentsof the different irrigation. The results indicated that the SOD activity and the CAT activityincreased and MDA content decreased in the light soil water stress, SOD and CAT activitydecreased but MDA Content increased in the heavy soil water deficency. Thesignificant differents of the SOD activity, the CAT activity and the MDA content amongpersimmon species, between organs, and among stages of the leaf development in young persimmontree were investigated. It may be suggested that the enzymes activity decreasing in higherplants during water stress should result from the decrease and the cell injury caused by thelipid peroxidation.
