摘要
我们采用电子显微镜等技术研究了高温及游泳对SD大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞超微结构和功能的影响。结果表明外界高温(40℃)能使大鼠体温急剧升高(Y=0.05074+37.92),游泳时间明显缩短(P<0.01),显著抑制巨噬细胞变形、游走及吞噬能力,促进巨噬细胞出现空泡变性,游泳能加重上述变化。在受热后24h,巨噬细胞吞噬能力基本恢复,而空泡变性无明显改变。
The effects of heat environment and swimming on the uhrastructure and the functions of macropages in the peritoneal lavage of SD rats were studied with electron microscope technique. The results showed that(1) high environmental temperature(40C) can rapidly arise the body temperature of rats (Y=0. 05074x+37.92,r=0.89) and markedly reduce the swimming time of ruts (P<0. 01);(2) it can also weaken the .ability of deformation, migration and phagocyte of macrophages; (3) there was inhibition of release of acid phosphatase on macrophages; (4) the destruction of macrophagic uhrastructure occured all proups except the group I; (5) swimming can deteriorate the above changes,(6)the recovery of phagocytic function need about 24 hours.
