摘要
用四只山羊的瘤胃液、M.C.Dougull人工唾液、青干草粉、淀粉为基础配比,进行了五次体外试验。通过对不同培养时间的pH、氨氮、尿氮的测定,研究人工瘤胃装置中尿素添加脲酶抑制剂对氨释放速率的变化。结果表明:脲酶抑制剂能缓解尿素释放氨的速度,在一定范围内,脲酶抑制剂用量愈大,抑制作用就愈明显,初步得出添加占尿素量4—6%的脲酶抑制剂最适合山羊添加NPN的饲养和生理要求。
Five experiments were conducted with ruminal liguid samples taken from four goats. M. C. Dougull artificial saliva,hay meal and amylum in vitro,respectively. The effect urea of with arease inhibitor on ammonia release rate was studied by artificial rumen device to measure pH, NH3 - N and Urea -N at different times. The results indicated that the re-dueding ammonia release rate of urea was caused by the increasing use of urease inhibitor. It was found that the urea containing 4 - 6% urease inhibitor best met the raising standard of non-protein nitrogen in goats.
