摘要
根据发电厂锅炉炉内过程的基本理论,运用多流体模型、K-ε双方程模型和辐射换热六通量模型,对锅炉炉内燃烧过程进行了三维全模拟,详细预报了炉内的温度分布和速度分布。经实测验证后将其用于实际工程,为锅炉的选型设计、运行优化、新型燃烧器的研制提供了新的手段。
Based on the fundamental theory of the furnace process and by employing the multi-fluid model,κ-εtwo-equation model and the hexa-flux radiation model, a 3-dimentional comprehensive simulation is proceeded for the combustion process in a boiler furnace, which gives a detailed report on the predicted distributions of temperature and velocity. All results have been verified by a practical test and can be used in boiler type-selecting design, optimization operation and developing a new-type burner as a new measure.
